I'm an artist. I have been in college since I was 16. I dropped out of my incredibly bad high school in Pasadena, Ca and went straight to the local junior college, Pasadena City College. I write poetry, paint, and make deer and elk hide into medicine bags, purses and pouches, and wall hangings and tapestries. I have been reading tarot cards and studying tarot for over 15 years. I play acoustic guitar and write music. My partner, Andy, and I own a full recording studio. Andy plays stand up bass and electric bass in several bands. He works full time at our local power plant as well as finding a way to do all the other stuff he does. He is a whirlwind.

My degree is in English Literature rather than philosophy because I grew exhausted over the years with academia's approach to the study of philosophy. Exhausted in general, and now I have to continue to educate myself on my own. There is the challenge.

I'm a poet who spends much time alone, and I write a great deal, but have never felt a desire to share it, even by trying to publish it, which I've never even considered. Sort of beginning to think about it...who knows what will happen with that.

I hope to begin working towards some type of public medium to place my work ...all of it. Here is where I'm going to make a start. I welcome feedback of any kind.

I'm taking the leap into the void.
